A cult brand from LA, Joey & T was founded by Britney Spears' stylists. This skirt features a contrasting leather panel and side buttons to mimic the side slit look. Sitting low on the hips, this low rise skirt is meant to grab heads everywhere you go. It was seen on the FW 2003 show, yet a similar style was seen on Nicky Hilton.
This usually retails around $200+ USD at other vintage stores.
