Created in the ‘00s, this dress was most likely a homemade creation since there were no care labels and designer tags. The gown features hand sewn sequins that someone’s grandmother/mother put in there for that extra touch of glam! The sequin straps are not to be slept on. It comes with a matching purse and scarf!
